End User License Agreement (EULA)

Famedic Software

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and System Elements FZ-LLC, located at FDRK4288 Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE ("Company"), regarding your use of the Famedic software application ("Software").

By installing or using the Software, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. Data Privacy and Storage

• The Software is designed to help users manage health records for themselves or others.
• No health, medical, or user-generated data is collected, transmitted, or stored by System Elements FZ-LLC.
• All health data entered into the Software is stored locally on the User's device. The User chooses the storage location, and it is their sole responsibility to secure and back up the data.
• The only data stored on the Company’s servers are the User's email address and billing details for subscription and account purposes.

2. AI Integration

• The Software offers optional integration with OpenAI's ChatGPT.
• Users may choose to input their own ChatGPT API key, which is stored locally only.
• Any data sent through the AI interface is anonymized and does not contain personal identifiers.
• The Company does not monitor, access, or store any prompts or responses exchanged via the ChatGPT integration.

3. License and Usage Restrictions

• The Software is licensed, not sold.
• The license is non-transferable and allows usage on a single machine only.
• Redistribution, reverse engineering, resale, or modification of the Software is strictly prohibited.
• If your device changes or your machine ID resets, you may update your profile settings to reactivate the license.

4. Subscription and Billing

• The Software includes a 7-day free trial, after which a paid monthly or yearly subscription will be charged automatically unless cancelled.
• Users may also choose to skip the trial and begin a paid subscription immediately.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless the User cancels via their account interface.
• The Company reserves the right to change the pricing of its plans at any time, with reasonable notice provided to active subscribers.
• No refunds will be issued for any charges incurred, including partial billing periods.

5. Legal Jurisdiction

• This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
• Any disputes or legal matters arising from this Agreement will be handled exclusively in the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

6. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement in full.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must uninstall and discontinue use of the Software immediately.
