The Installation is your gateway to using FaMedic, a secure, offline family health management system. Famedic installation is simple and easy, giving users full control over their medical data from the very beginning.

Step-by-Step Installation Guide

Visit famedic.net and click on the Pricing tab. You’ll see three plan options:

🔘 Click “Start Free Trial” or “Choose Plan” under your preferred subscription.

Sign Up & Sign In

1. Fill out the Sign-Up Form with your name, email, and password.

1. Confirm your email if prompted. When you click on Continue, it will show you a form where you fill in the Payment details for the Subscription to the software:

1. You will be charged instantly as soon as you complete payment. Once registered, you’ll be able to sign in to your FaMedic account.
2. You can also choose the Free Trial option, but you will need to enter your payment details. Note that the Trial period is 7 days. After that, FaMedic will charge you a monthly subscription fee.

Note: You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Download the Software

After logging in:

1. Navigate to the drop-down given at the top right corner and click on "Download".

1. Click on the "Download FaMedic" button.

1. An installer file will be downloaded to your Downloads folder.

Install FaMedic

1) Locate the installer in your Downloads folder.

2) Double-click to begin installation.

3) Follow the setup wizard prompts:

Important Note: The publisher will be signed with a certificate by System Elements FZ-LLC.

1. Click on the "Next" button.

1. Check the box "I accept the terms in the License Agreement". Click "Next".

1. Set the location where you want the FaMedic installation to be, and then click "Next".

1. Click on "Finish".

Now, you can search for the FaMedic app in the search bar to access it:

1. FaMedic installs the app to the Program Files directory.
2. It also creates a working directory in Documents for storing user data.

Updating the App

When the FaMedic update arrives, you need to follow the steps:

1. First, navigate to the control panel on your desktop.

1. Next, click on the "Uninstall a program".

1. Next, search for the FaMedic app and uninstall it. This action will thoroughly remove the old app from your device. However, the documents and the files you stored in the app will remain inside your device. When the new app is installed, it will use the information saved on your device.
2. Finally, install the new app by using the same method described at the beginning of this documentation.

Convenience of Data Storage: Your Data, Your Control

FaMedic respects your privacy. All health records, images, and reports are saved only on your device.

FaMedic does not store your data on external servers.

You are completely free to:

1. Store data locally on your hard drive
2. Move the data folder to any secure location
3. Save your data to an encrypted USB drive for mobility and extra protection

How to Set or Change Data Storage Location

1. Open the FaMedic app
2. Navigate to Settings > Database Path
3. Choose your desired folder path
4. Click Save
