The Records Module in FaMedic enables users to systematically log, manage, and review medical records for each family member. It serves as a centralized repository for health-related information. Furthermore, facilitating informed decision-making and efficient healthcare management.

How It Works
1. Accessing the Records Module
- From the Dashboard, select the Records module.

2. Selecting a Family Member
- Choose the desired family member from the list to view or add records.

3. Adding a New Record
- Click on the "+ New Record" button.

- Fill in the following details:
- Date: Specify the date of the medical event.

- Note: Add any relevant observations or comments.

- Issues: Document any health issues or symptoms. Note that these are the issues that you create inside the Issues module. If you did not create issues in the "Issues Module", you will not find any issues here. Learn to add "issues" here.


- Treatments: Record any treatments administered. The Treatments module also takes the data from the "Treatments" module. You can not log any treatments that were not listed in the Treatments module. Learn to add Treatments here.

- Attachments: Upload related files such as prescriptions, lab results, or images.

Click Save to store the record.

Access existing records by selecting a family member.

You can also filter records based on Issues and Treatments.
